As the store opening approaches, we here at Gaming Unplugged were thinking of ways to help bring our customers together, and interact with each other. We were hit with the idea of making a single, complex world. A world of adventure and intrigue. A world of Dungeons and Dragons where not only your actions, but the actions of every player in every party, have consequences.

Allow me to simplify; we want to make a world of our own that multiple adventuring parties live in. The way we plan to do this is simple. All of our Dungeon Masters will be keeping detailed notes of their parties actions, and we will have a live map that gets updated with important events caused by adventurers. The party burned down a town? We’ll keep track of that. Someone attempted an assassination on the duke? Well he now has a higher guard and the next party to meet with him will be watched very carefully.

We hope that doing big projects like this and getting you involved will help build not only our community, but also build friendships (and maybe even healthy rivalries) among our members.
